Don’t ignore prospects, but focus on retention. Another interesting find was the suggestion that we quit over-massaging our marketing and be ok with showing our raw, real, un-Photoshopped selves in the stories we tell. Just look at brands who are embracing new technologies—like Facebook Live and Instagram Stories—to real looks behind the scenes.
